Broadheads glued on wood shaft? My example from yesterday: Had a very therapeutic couple of hours roving; but broke all 3 of my judo tipped arrows. I had one practice broadhead left in my quiver, and against my own better judgement took a shot at a stump. Arrow passes thru and sticks in the ground, and I mean really stuck. I dig away the soil and looks like it stuck in a tree root... dig it out a little more and turns out the head somehow wedged itself perfectly into a crack between two rocks. No digging this one out, so I braced my stance, grabbed the arrow as securely as I could, and pulled with near all my strength and weight. Didn't think it would give, but it finally did come out.
Head stayed on just fine. Dinged up a whole lot, but still a solid mount.
