I got a reply from them, same thing. They said place order and they will send a M and L, just send the one I don't want back. That's some darn good customer service!

If you have had both, does the Elk hide stretch more over time than the Buffalo hide?
Or not enough to influence a choice of medium or large.

I haven't had both, but I bought an American Leathers buffalo with the nylon tips, about 10 years ago; the buffalo does not stretch, and wears like iron.
