« on: April 15, 2008, 05:14:00 PM »
Well, my wife just delivered our new hunting buddy... She was techincally with us on her bow kill this fall, but now she's live and in person!  Kaylee Autumn was 20" and 8lb 2oz, and Mom and Daughter are doing great...

That's another new bow I'm gonna have to buy!

Congrats, Tim! My daughter turns 2 next week. We were in the yard just last night "playing bows and arrows". I made her a bow out of a poplar branch an a piece of twine. It hangs on the rack right next to mine. You'll be amazed what these lil girls will do to a grown man's heart. Enjoy every second!
The great bow twanged. The black arrow sped straight from the string, straight for the hollow
by the left breast where the foreleg was flung wide. In it smote and vanished, barb, shaft,
and feather, so fierce was its flight.~J.R.R. Tolkien-The Hobbit

Babies usually make me run the other way, but she's CUTE! Congrats on your new hunting bud.

Congrats!  I have a son, but he's grown and in the Army.  Always wanted a daddy's girl, just have to spoil the neices now!
My prayers are with you family, at this special moment.  May the Great Spirit watch over and guide this beatiful girl, for the rest of her life.

Thank you all for the kind words and the blessings.  You made my, but more importantly my wife's, day!

Keep an eye out for her in the future.  I'm thinking "Bowhunting the World TV Show, with Kaylee Autumn"... nice ring to it, eh?

Thank you again.
