Ordering from Binghams

Well I just placed my first order through Binghams.  I think part of my reason for putting it off for so long was there ordering process/webpage.  In todays age of online buying, how many think that they need to update there system.

On another note, I called to verify my requirements, as there onling catalog is bit confusing, and the help was good to go.
