That looks really nice. Did you make that with a file? If so, how did you heat treat it? Or did you just grind it in its already hardened state?

Thanks. As to heat treating, I do it the same way I would 1084, 5160, 52100...Quench to get hard then Temper to soften.  The only difference between all these steels is the Temper Temperature.  Mystery steel (ie the file), I start low say 350 degrees then keep bumping it up until I like how the edge sharpens.
