GN Quiver Help
« on: July 17, 2020, 04:51:53 PM »
Hello all,

Got a new GN strap on quiver, what an awesome design and looks beautiful on my bow. I am having one issue though. the tag ends of the straps keep working loose from being wrapped into the strap so about every 10 shots i'm fiddling with it to get them back out of the way. I would prefer not to cut them off so I can put this quiver on a different bow if i ever choose to. Anyone have a similar issue or ideas to resolve.  Pictures to follow.

I try to stretch the band so that it ends with the last hole on the peg.

Cut them off two holes longer and order another set of straps on your next order would be my suggestion.  Been using a GN strap on quiver for a long time.  ( The spare straps would be for a different bow.)

I have been using the GNBCO strap-on quivers for many years, and love them. I never cut the straps shorter. I do take a piece of electricians tape or camo tape and make a couple wraps around the tag to secure it. A double-sided velcro strip (with the "hook" side turned in - like the ones used on computer cords) also works well and is easily removed and reused. I have also left the last wrap a little lose so I could tuck the tag end way under.
I had a really good group going... until I shot the second arrow.

My best bows are the ones someone else didn't want.

When I was using them I would never cut the straps down , but would criss-cross them with extra wraps and pin on one of the last 3 holes, that quiver would never move then.
