Ive only been shooting trad for about 15 years,  much less than some of yall Im sure.  But heres some bows that I dont think ive ever ran across used for sale.

Little Sucklings
Chaparral Kaibab
Mahaska bows
Elk Hoof Longbows
Southern Draw bows

I also dont cruise used bow postings as often as I should tho! But those are a few Id like to have if I ever found any.

Lots of bows named I have never heard of. I would suspect they don't make a lot of them unlike Bear , Browning and Shakespeare etc.

Stotler's are like hens teeth, many models of older bows are really high poundage.
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

I agree that numbers produced directly affect listed for sale.
Black Widows seem to always be available and I attribute thus to their sheer numbers.
Super Curves.....

Mountain Muffler strings to keep them quiet
Shoot as much weight as you can with accuracy

Just ordered a Great Plains traditional longbow. Don't see many up for sale. New owner, Shane is a real nice guy and by all accounts an excellent bowyer. He worked with me to put together a custom bow with all the "options". Choice of exotic woods, antler, horn or phenolic tips and overlays all included in the price. So, cocobolo/phenolic riser with polished horn tips, cocobolo overlays on Tonkin bamboo veneers and leather grip for $860.  :shaka:

That would be a PL V.  They are sweet shooting and sweet looking bows.  Ironwood riser with stacked bamboo in the limbs....

Bighorn (especially one-piece), Bob Lee (although I did just get one used) and Kota Kill-Um ( really nice 50's style bow I might add).

I'd like to find a Hokolesqua" long bow by Jim Emerson.  I had 2 at one time, but, they were heavy poundages.  That's the Shawnee Indian name for chief "Corn Stalk".....a big chief in the Daniel Boone days.  I live very close to one of the old Shawnee villages.  Blue Jacket was a war chief during those times.  There you have a very brief Shawnee Indian history 101 lesson !  I'd still like to find one of Jim's lower poundage bows though  :)

Thunderhorn longbows for one, once you have one you don't want to give it up. Mr Jessop has been building bows over 30 years and makes a beautiful bow that really shoots well, also dead in the hand.

It's difficult  to find a Hummingbird Recurve in the low forties. Another bow I'd love to have is a Panther bamboo Semi recurve  that was sold back in the early 1950s by Malibu Archery in California.
