Arrow spine selection
«

Need help getting new arrows for a new bow! Im getting striker sport longbow but need help with which arrow spine to get. Shooting around 47 lbs at 29 inches. The bow is cut an eight past center. And I would be shooting 275-315 up front. It has a 18 strand fast flight string. I was also thinking about adding an elevated rest. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You might be well off getting a kit that comes with one of each. Start with a full length 400 or 500 cutting back as needed.

I shoot a Striker Classic longbow, also 47#@29" and find a .400 spine to tune best with that much weight upfront. Currently using .400 Day Six arrows with 100 grain outserts and 200 grain points.
