Wow Ronnie, you have been through a lot. I would think in LA you’d have a much bigger chance of being bit by a cottonmouth rather than a copperhead? Sorry your having rough time brother. Thank God... stuff can be replaced but people can’t

Wow, sit back and recoup.  The bow will shoot fine I’m sure.  You certainly will remember that first couple shots.

That stinks.  I hate to hear you having this run of bad circumstances my friend.  You may need to at least come hunt with me at my place for a few days after things get settled for you.

Thanks brother, I dont need anything but your prayers and I REALLY appreciate those. Lots of praying is no doubt kept me as safe and well off as I am. A LOT of these people dont have anything left.  Thanks again.

Ronnie is as nice a fella as I've ever met.  If I am half as tough and capable at his age I will consider myself well off.
Hope we get to share a camp or two this fall bud.  You stay safe and take care of yourself and that wife.

Wow buddy sorry to hear all that. The slick stick is probably The best bow for the money. Shot one for years then gave it to my older brother to start him out. The bamboo limbs are fast and smooth as Butter to pull. Riser is perhaps as comfortable as they come. Really like bodnik. They also completely honor their warranty and my friend who was honest and said that he left his bow in a hot car received a free replacement.

Once your back on your feet if you’re ever in the Baton Rouge area hit me up and we can go shooting.
Nothing clears a troubled mind like shooting a bow.

Nasty weather and critters that bite, and too hot are the reasons I live up north in a swamp. I'll take the snow and cold over heat any day. Spent my time in the hot climates when I had to work for Uncle 50 or so years ago.
