I've ordered a number of things from Big Jim's and always had excellent service.
I've been drooling over a buffalo bow for a while and missed on both of his St. Jude's Auction bows (busy when 1 ended and was just too slow on the other). I was pondering the 1 yr wait when a used Buffalo Bow in about the weight I wanted showed up on their website. I ordered it over the weekend, then called first thing monday to ask some set up questions. Clint got me fixed up right away and I got a spare string in the order.
This bow is everything folks have made it out to be. I've always shot recurves or takedowns (recurve and longbow) with pretty big/high grips on the risers. I had a couple herniated disks and nerve damage in my bow hand a few years back and have been struggling with grips. I was assuming I'd have to build up the smallish, straightish longbow grip, but it works. between the light physical weight of this bow and the grip working, I'm shooting great and will be taking it hunting.
