I'm ready to expand my wardrobe and want to add a Pathfinder to it, would any of you Asbell fans be able to post some in the field pics in your Asbell wool? Im leaning towards the Woodland magic or either evening stand colors. Thanks in advance!

Adam,
Here is my Evening stand green that I was wearing for quite a few years and I took the color out of the picture so folks could see what it looks like as many have said over the years in deer vision. So this “Could “ possibly be how the deer may see it and I am not going to debate over what exactly a deer may see but here is what they “Might” see as far as color is concerned.

Not trying to hijack this thread but I have also been interested in the Pathfinder recently. Can anyone comment on fit? Is the sizing such that it is meant for somewhat bulky base layer or more like a standard shirt/light jacket sizing? Thanks!

I wear large shirts, large tall and for Asbell, all of my wool is xl. I layer under. The sleeves can get tight around the arms with long underwear underneath my Pathfinders but they may have shrunk a hair. I don't consider my Pathfinders a real cold weather outer layer because the Montana Magic wool isn't as thick as my Evening Stand Brown pullover. Love the pattern though. I usually don't hunt under 20 degrees.

I prefer the zip-up jackets. I don't like to wrestle with pulling clothing on/off over my head if I can avoid it. Especially since I keep most of warmer things in my pack and put them once I am strapped in my treestand. Would have to un-strap to pull things on/off over my head, not so with full length zippers or buttons. It comes down to personal preference.

I know it's not going to be the best for camo, but I'm fixing to order a Pathfinder in the Northern Lights. That really looks neat to me!
