Seems to me the biggest difference between bowyers is how they position the bow on the tree.
Level the handle
Level the end of fades
Level the tips

Personally I level the tips, but at brace height. I figure with hand on string ready to draw, the bowstring is going to naturally be held perpendicular to the target no matter what the handle configuration is.

I'd still like to see that right limb bend a bit more between the fade and that hump if possible. Other than that I'd say it's looking pretty good for a youngish old fart.

Yup it's flatter than a pancake there, Pat.

I think he's skeered to fix it:)

I have some Sheep/Ram horn, I cut a piece off and boiled it for a while to soften it up and tied in some reflex on a caul so I could sand the belly  side for a tip overlay.

ebay
I was wanting it for thick (1/4" +) tip overlays but it was to thin.
I found a use for it

So I worked on the fade on the right like Pat/Roy said and mid left limb, Mo Better

I've had these files for 20 years, so I picked out the one's I needed.
It took about 6 hours to shape them.
Turned out nice :bigsmyl:

Can't wait to get the skins on :jumper:

Ha Ha here is a kids bow for you Kenny
