Anybody remember this member: “wouldbeking”?
« on: October 11, 2020, 06:16:15 PM »
Hi,
With the twists and turns of life, I drift in and out of this site.  I’m sure many can relate.
Recently, I have been trying to see if members I used to enjoy reading, are still around.
There was one guy, really into hog hunting, might be in CA, I recall a user name of “wouldbeking” or similar. (Might have been ten years ago)

Anybody know if he is still around?
Thanks,
Rich

Hmmmmm.  I remember some of his posts. Haven't seen any for a number of years.  Don't know what happened.

Stay sharp, Kenny.

Yeah I remember him. He made a real cool video about sharpening grizzly broadheads.

I remember Kingwouldbe. He slayed plenty of those CA hogs. Used to enjoy his stories.

I remember seeing a bloodtrail from one of his grizzlies. It was like a fire bombing aircraft had dumped a payload of blood.

I particularly remember a hero pic with a huge Cuban cigar in mouth. Something in the story about escaping the city- "it was a good day. I didn't have to break out the AK".

I remember KWB....from a quick search looks like his last post was 11 years ago.  Doesn't seem that long.

I remember him well. Someone broke into his house or vehicle and stole all of his stuff a few years ago. Several of us helped re-equip him. I sent him some binoculars. Can’t remember why he left this site. He used to post some on Traditional Bowhunter magazine website. He was a hog killer!

I used to like reading his posts. He sure killed a lot of hogs in California. Sometimes he could be a little controversial and I think he liked it that way. He was on another forum up until last year so not sure if he just doesn't get on the forums much anymore. Hope all is well with him.

Seems like there are a lot of people that no longer post that used to post frequently with some cool stories and pics. Seems like the site was booming about 10 years ago and not so much anymore.  :dunno:
