I was doing a little steelheading/turkey scouting this past week and I took this pic of an Eagle nest on one of our Michigan steelhead streams. They have been in the same Whitepine for the last dozen or so years. The nest just gets bigger each year as they add more to it.

Amazing, that's what I hear. They come back and reuse the same nest year after year. Just like our Ospreys do in Jersey. Awesome birds. So did you catch any Steelies????

Had a great week! Hooked 40+ fish and landed about 15.

I watch two pairs soaring around while I striper fish in the Hudson. Amazing birds for sure.
