We added a new pup to the family! Otis is a 3month old Plott Hound rescue. He's already showing a wonderful demeanor. We'll be introducing him to tracking in the very near future.

Cute little bugger. My son had a an Otis (Bull Mastife spelling) and I asked him how come he named his dog after an ellavator, his wife at the time just looked at me with a blank stare and said no after the singer Otis Redding.

I had to put mine down 10 years ago.  Best dog I ever had.  Silly old boy thought he was a lap dog and would crawl up and share the recliner with me.  When they're tonguing on a trail it is just music.

   I’m laying in a bed in a hotel in Pa. reading this and today I was in an elevator and saw the name “Otis” which is also a friend of mine name who is a Pastor.
  How Ironic that every time I got in that elevator today I would look at that name and then come here and read that your son named that Pup “Otis” lol.
  This is so cool t9 read this . Nice Pup love his color .

Very cool. We've recently lost our pooch. Next dog I doubt will be much for tracking but I'll try. I'm getting another in the spring however who will get training.  Enjoy the plot. Cool dogs
