The veneers were .035 but I ran em thru the sander to get fresh glue surface and now they are .025

Lonnie, I think I had a traditional pencil in that pic too... :saywhat:
Stay sharp, Kenny.

Not too shabby ole timer:)

I like that little cutting tool ya have too, ya make it?

Looks to have a serrated edge, ya use it like a saw?

Well that just cost me $20.00:)

They have one that has the teeth pointed in one direction for cutting on the pull stroke, which is better straight teeth or angled teeth?

I'm partial to pull saws, Japanese style. Better control on the pull stroke, cleaner cut, smaller kerf.

I certainly would not buy the first one you posted Roy, one botched pronunciation and you will be in dutch with the wife.

Meant the teeth are at an angle compared to the first one the teeth were straight. Both have the angled handle.

I use this Japanese one, cut on the pull stroke. Roy, how many pulls depend on age.
Kenny, I’m gonna copy your straight edge, good idea.

Yes, as the teeth recede, the pull count goes up.  :)
