It is a bare string with only tie on nocks , I’ll try to remember to check after a couple wool puffs are added .
Stay sharp, Kenny.

That design. is a good one for sure. You probably said but has it got the superlam?
And if you wanted to play with more power lam you could gain a little for short arm guys to.

Really good numbers for sure Kenny take it out to 31” and these bows are crazy fast, I really like that design a lot , It’s highly modifiable with always good results  :notworthy:

Great build a long with a great looking and performing bow as a result.  What was you stack or did I miss that?

Hi jess , .285 with the superlam and .040 glass.

The pic of the stack has Bocote veneers I see . I change stuff as I go ... lol

Ended up using different veneers .

Yes sir except the SL  I measure at 18” from butt and add the .018 for the taper to get nominal butt thickness.

Like for a .060 in stack I make it .042 in center of lam

Yes sir except the SL  I measure at 18” from butt and add the 18/1000 for the taper to get nominal butt thickness.

Like for a 60/ 1000  in stack I make it 42/1000 in center of lam

How dat?

I have to sand and spray it . If I can shoot it decently it might get to go huntin . Hard to give up my 4 year old hunting bow .

It won’t be as quick when I get silencers on string and shoot with fingers instead of the machine with caliper release...
Stay sharp, Kenny.
