Bear Mag handle takedown latch keeper replacement help...

I recently became the owner of an A handle Bear mag takedown. One of what I call the latch keepers is broken and I have a new one. Now, just what is the trick to removing the roll pin that holds the keeper? I have tried a couple of different bits to push it out with know luck. It appears to be a roll pin, so I would need something slightly smaller in diameter than the roll pin. Anyone know the diameter that I need? Thanks in advance! Mike

I used a 1/16” bit. Just went and checked it. Not sure why I have that size and smaller so my guess is I got them at a hobby shop for working on metal models.

I have used the drill bit or a small finish nail.

Thank you gentlemen! I picked up a 1/16" bit and it worked like a charm.
