stupid question if I didn't ask it (grizzlystik heads)
« on: November 20, 2020, 08:09:19 PM »
I'm recently back to archery, used to be on here as petertschantz. I just got a pack of GrizzlyStick Samurai 200 screw in heads.

Here is the question. How do I get them out of the very nice packaging with out cutting the #%$^T out of myself? ;-)

They seem to be threaded into the case, but there doesn't seem to be room to turn them, and they came sharp enough to ask you folks before fussing with it too much!

thanks in advance

They are a pain.  Carefully and i do mean carefully wiggle them and or slight turn them back and fourth while pulling up. A pliers isn't a bad idea.

Turn them all perpendicular to the case first.  If not pliers a leather work glove is advisable.
I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.

Thanks guys! I finally figured out they weren't threaded in, give the about a 90 turn and pushed from the bottom. Got them free.

Arrows won't be here until Monday, so for now I'll just look at them ;-)
