Got a call into cancer doc since 8am but no call back...

so much pain in chest over heart I am not willint to risk going in their tomorrow... I"ll tell him what he needs to know when he calls

Doc,
   Did you get through to your Cancer Dr. today or has he returned your call?
 I know yesterday you had to be hurting pretty bad with pain and I sent a text and in it I said don’t text or respond back if you are really feeling weak my friend.
  I guess I speak for All of us here when I ask “Do you have Anyone “ to check on you in your family or is there any friends and neighbors to come over to check on you?
  Praying is something I continue to do but I’m concerned that you may be all alone by yourself.
   I appreciate you being my friend and If God calls you home I will have a Big hole in my heart brother.
 I feel like the last few texts have been somewhat of a Goodbye and I never got to shoot a round with you or even met you but you have been a Big brother so to speak.
  I remember All the stuff you went through with your Dad before he was called home and all the Dr. visits and healthcare problems.
  I surely hope you don’t wind up in a nursing home and when you announced Hospice I have been checking daily wondering Is this my last post or text with Doc?
  How will I know If God came and carried you home?
 Man Doc I’m going to miss you and not getting a email of a joke or something you know that I would enjoy will leave a big void as I reflect back on you.
 Will you be missed and does anyone care you may ask ?
  That answer is “Yes” I’ll miss you and it hurts me to type this here Doc.
 I’m praying to our Father His Will be done and If His Will is to send Jesus to carry you home that you will be Pain free and go home peacefully while you rest.
  If His plan is to keep you here a bit longer  I pray a cure will come quickly to manage your pain you are in and that cancer is gone .
   As for now just continue to “Keep the Son in your eyes” Doc.
  A friend forever and beyond this life and one day we All get to look back and say “No more pain or misery”

     Well I just went a little while ago and sent Doc a text letting him know I feel like I was basically trailing a Buck I arrowed and walking up to him poking him to see if any life was left in him and just wanted to make sure if someone was indeed checking on him ?
  I waited for a response but nothing for maybe 20 minutes or so then my phone goes off and it was Doc.
  He couldn’t text much with so much pain but Sounded to me Hospice is all set up or stepping in or possibly will be soon.
  Then another text a bit later and he has someone who will let us know If he saw the Son in his eyes and he went home.
   That was a big relief knowing he can respond but honestly I was worried he had gone without saying So long to us all.
   I did some digging around and Doc has been a Prayer Warrior here since July 30th 2004 and that is 17 years .
   I want to give Doc an applause for a job well done as one of the very first to start this group and a Big Thank you Doc.

Not "glad" to hear that you will be getting the needed care but it is good to know that someone will be taking care of you there. As always you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Doc, I haven't been on here in a spell but the first thing I checked when I did was you...hoping for good news. It saddens me immensely to hear of your pain and issues. Even though we've never met I feel you are a good friend, and more importantly, a good Christian man. I pray that even at this stage in the game the Lord will be there, healing if it be His will. You can bet I'll be checking in daily, good sir.

   I had an inspection on the apartment with the lady I told you about at work that is praying for you .
   We talked about you and she was in tears as I filled her in on your condition.
  On her side table by her chair was a prayer list and she has shared your name with many other prayer Warriors who have you on it as well.
  Believe me folks all the way up here in Md. are praying daily for you and don’t even know you but are on their knees and lifting you up “Daily”.
   I shared with her about your most famous saying and she has it written down “Keep the Son in your Eyes” she really love how you word it and what a great testimony on your part to those who come here and see that .
   Rest well my friend but I feel I needed to share that with you today.

Very sorry to hear about your pain. I don't have anything to say that would make you feel better. I sure am glad we talked and got to know each other.

Doc sent me a text and he had a “spill” so to speak while trying to go to the bathroom and he had some serious problems and collapsed and laid on the floor for quite some time due to being too weak to get back up.
   I’m not going into the complications he had but it was serious enough that he needs hospice there 24/7 ....Please lord hear our prayers for Doc Nock....
