QHog  #26 for 2020 was a chunky boar. Same TallTines Stickflonger and VPA 3 blades.

Actually,  the track wasn't very easy on this one.  Hit him higher than I wanted,  and very little blood in the sand soils of the lane that he ran out on. Was gonna come back in the morning with the dog,  but found him on the field edge  on the way out.   Went around 100 yards.

They did the best that they could with the shot.  I was only using the standard 1 1/8" this time rather than the larger diameter.  It makes a difference, but a shot that high makes it tough.  Meat looks good in the cooler, all the same.
