Footed Shaft
« on: January 08, 2021, 09:26:35 AM »
If anyone's in the market for shafts and components I can't say enough about Footed Shaft's customer service. I placed an order yesterday and it shipped within an hour. The big retailers have been taking days to ship anything, if they even have it in stock. Last year there was an issue with one of my orders and someone called me personally that day to get it figured out. They're a great company to work with.

I agree that they are great people to deal with. Their customer service is great. I bought a Bitzenberger fletcher from them, and one of the screws got cross threaded and made it impossible to properly adjust the shaft. The only question I was asked was if my mailing address was still the same. In a few days, a new one showed up in the mail without cost. You can't beat that.

I agree 100% ... and the bare shafts they sent were the BEST weighed/sorted I have ever bought in ~40-years of archery! All of the spines were in a 4# range and the weights in a 30-grain range, or less, I actually forget ... but recall I was seriously impressed! They'll get my hard-earned $$ as I need to buy more items too!

I have bought several bows from them-most recent a '63 Kodiak Special-shipping was great and even with the current black hole in the USPS system it arrived fairly promptly. Great to do business with.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

Will be stopping in there next week great trad shop. The original owner Lamont was just a great guy and a wealth of knowledge had one of the best Bear as well as broadhead collections in the country. He died way to young.
The current owner is a great guy as well funny how that worked out
