I started out on the edge sander to get them flat and measured the thickness and got both of them the same thickness, I was impressed when I braced it and it only needed scraping the last 6" of working limb, I also got the 8" of tip bending a little. It tillered itself almost
It's 5/16" thick when I measured it last .
you can see the bare/raw inside on the whole working limb in this picture, about 3/8" flat above and below the CA glue
you can see the bare/raw about 6" long mid limb (in the Picture) left over after it was finished
the boo was full width and all I did was sand the sides a little to parallel the sides, just under 1-3/4"
