I do not have any pictures of the progress I did NOT do today :bigsmyl:

I got a little bit done tonight. Lines cleaned up, lightly scraped the back clean, floor tillered to getting a decent flex before I did a little bending and heat treat. I’m always a fan of the color black locust gives when you get a good heat treat.

Are the heat strips amenable to DIY?

I spent some time in the shop today, but I didn’t last too long. I had to work with the door open because my planer and sander can only be used with the door up.
I got a few core lams ready and I started on some bamboo. I was going to start flattening the boo, but I decided it might not be the best idea with cold hands.
It’s supposed to start warming up tomorrow, thankfully.
I’m starting a new bow because the last one came out of the clamps a mess. Crappy glue lines and both limbs twisted. 🤬

Got the final coat of finish on mine today. Need to make string yet. Hopefully I can get it sent to a new home next week sometime.

Kenny, it's headed south then east then back north then west I'm guessing with the way shipping is.
The wood comes to life out in the sun. Hard to get a good pic of it.
