Continued:
Here is a four arrow group that I shot after only a few arrows downrange.
I also ran it over the chronograph. I'm not a speed chaser but I like to throw fps into the analysis of every bow I come across. This bow is not a speed demon and neither is it anywhere near slow. I consider it just right and an excellent balance of pleasing draw (no stack at my 28" draw), comfortable grip, and steady at release. This is a bow that a shooter can very quickly adapt to. I'm not the greatest shot and honestly I've been struggling lately. I'm an ASL guy when it comes to shooting. I've shot them for many years and have always shot them better than a recurve or R/D style bow. I sold off most of my Hill style bows recently since I intend to build and replace them this summer. Meanwhile I've been shooting a Samick Sage at 40# with way less than stellar results and not nearly as well as I shot this bow after only a few arrows downrange.
Here's another oddity in the comparison. This bow draws 45.56# at my 28" draw. The Samick draws 40.67# at my draw. BUT this bow Chris made feels much more comfortable in the draw and actually feels like less weight at full draw!!
Neither bow stacks. My conclusion is that the grip of this bow fits me much better than the sage which is actually a little bulky in my hand.
Here are the chrono results:
Chrono with 462 gr arrow (10.14 GPP)
164.6
166.1
167.5
165.8
164.4
------------
828.4 / 5 = 165.68 fps
Chrono with 591 gr arrow (13.03 GPP)

148
147
152.7
----------
747.8 / 5 = 149.56
And, finally, here is the full draw picture. Not very good since I had to do it with a timer. Notice, no jammies.
