Arrow setup advice

I have a Super Shrew (58" 57@28") that I've had for a while and while I'm happy with a my recurve (aluminum and 125 grain Stingers) I've been shooting I want to set the Shrew up with carbon arrows. Anyone with a set up close to the same bow weight shooting carbons willing to share their arrow make, length, broadhead weight with me to save some trial & error on my end? I had Gold Tips when they first came out and shot for a while but it's been years since then. Thanks in advance...

I went to the Gold Tip web site for arrow selection, they said with your bow a 29 " arrow with a 125 gr. head should take a 400 spine which I agree with. That would get you in the ball park at least. But you could be better off with 30". What tuning method are you going to use?

3Rivers has a really good dynamic spine calculator that lets you play with different components to find a ballpark spine that should work. You put in the specs for your bow and draw, then pick your arrow. You can adjust arrow brand/model, spine, length, insert weight, broadhead weight, fletching weight, etc. I've found the calculations to match up really well with reality.
