I made this yesterday. it has a way to go but........thinking about this kind of crap is fun to me. Arrows can be taken out or put in from top or bottom and closet arrow can be taken straight out....

 
Aim down your arrow because thats where it's going.

Believe me, it is the feathers against the unfinished side of the fleece.  Need something inside.  When you take an arrow out, you essentially push backward and it snags on the fabric and it really makes some noise.

Bob....did you not see my post???

Put arrow #2 behind the fletch cover on the outside, it's still hidden behind the cover, yet easy and silent removal because you pull the arrow out of the gripper 1st, and away from the cover, and then down out of the cap.....never had a noise problem.
