Thanks Ron, I remember reading that review, Erica’s bow is a 54” 43# @ 28”, and it still shoots with authority, and hits hard. It also didn’t have the leather wrapped grip, which drew me to it. I remember talking with Henry about the matte finish on the bow, and how it felt a bit tacky in my hand, it doesn’t seem to feel slippery in the hand, even when it’s cold here in Michigan. I’m trying to decide if I want to go with the longbow or recurve.

Thanks Jon, they were truly a labor of love for my daughter. Those arrows took me about 2-3 months to finish with all the dipping and cresting I had going on. She doesn't shoot them very often, she's afraid of losing or wrecking one.
