Not sure if it was the "Glamour Shots With Gandalf" pics or the "Hans and Franz Gonna Pump You Up" in their girly-man home gym posts but I just ordered a test kit of these shafts from 3Rivers.  Looking forward to trying them out.  Been shooting Beman Center Shots but they're now discontinued.  The toughness factor wasn't really a selling point for me as I've never had much trouble with any of the carbon shafts I've shot but the white color has me intrigued.  I'm not a gap shooter but I can see the light color helping in low light conditions and especially hunting dark colored critters like hogs or bears.  Maybe once I've tried them out I'll post a review in the Arrow Games thread. Rock on shooters!

Good to hear as one day too I'll have to back down in weight.  I might need to start gearing up now.  I'll look into those.  :archer:

Last night we went Macon to eat supper, and a guy who looks A LOT like Ron La Clair walked in. He had the white hair and beard but looked a bit younger than Ron. The face was very similar. Is that good or bad? Just joking, Ron.

[ Invalid Attachment ] I’ve been shooting the Traditional Only Barebow Arrows since last July and I’m very impressed with the coating and durability. They are also make it easier to aim. I shot an antelope and whitetail with them. I have yet to damage the coating.
