That ain't NO horse. And not sure what aminal that other pic has in it or why your aiming your bow at it. A fuzzy weasel?
Now can we get back to using tree stands for Elk?

All I know is Howard Hill, Fred Bear, Saxton Pope and Will Compton never used Red Broadheads.

Red broadheads are about as non traditional as processing goose feathers in flip flops!

Asses and gooses and elk . . . OH MY! Thinking nobody but Carpdaddy shaves the hair on his toes to see if his red broadheads are sharp! It's all become so clear to me now . . .

Wow Roy, I never knew you were from Texas. I have never taken a Texas Heart Shot as I'm not from Texas, never hunted in Texas and have always had a stinky suspicion that a critters heart ain't nowhere near that spot! Might get lucky, I guess, if you used a red broadhead like Pine recommends.

A Red broadhead, and correct weight color mass, would have split and passed on through this one. And no that’s not my purdyful legs!

A picture is worth 1,000 words.
The young Roy and his longbow photo really tells a story. I did not know that Roy started at such a young age . . . drinking, that is. Impressive how some archers can perform with half a snoot-full of liquor. I guess starting at such a young age and practicing day-after-day for so many years can lead anyone to believe he is Robin Hood.
That picture is worth 65 words.

A single spot target . . . REALLY??? I have to shoot multi-spot targets or I'd be wrecking way too many arrows! My finely crafted and perfectly tuned cedar arrows with spine weight calculated proportioned to the color of their mass weight and tipped with double-bevel red broadheads are too valuable for a single spot target. Also, you should be glad that I'm too nice a guy to steal money from the elderly . . .
