I'll be limited to Sunday only, so hopefully the weather holds out for me. I plan to leave real early Sunday morning and maybe toss a line in the Gunpowder for some smallmouth before the ranges open. This might be the only shoot I get to this year.

I already packed my truck!

Looking forward to shooting lots of arrows, shopping at the vendors, and eating pit beef sandwiches! Mostly I just need a break from work.

Got my second Pfizer yesterday, so my shoulder isn’t into it anyway. Ow.

Here's a few pics from today's events. Many of them are of my "local" club members from Cumberland Bowhunters (western Maryland). And the last pic, with me and the bison target...at 60+ yards I was glad to just hit foam. I wasn't overly concerned with a hit in the vitals. Then again...admittedly...I also didn't intend to shoot the big fella in his...ummm...you know...plenty of laughs over THAT shot...

I think I was looking at the entire hillside in and around the target! It was a good time indeed. I talked to the Baltimore Bowmen Club president a few times throughout the day. Later in the day I asked if he was pleased with attendance; he said it was a great turnout.

And Killdeer, I'll get your shirt in the mail one day this week.
