What broadheads are you guys using? I'm messing around with some new arrows and would like to find a good one that weighs around 125 grains.

On my Ron French Doug Fir Arrows Im using Woodsmen , On my carbon traditional Arrows I like magnus buzz cuts or G5 Outdoors Montec Fixed-Blade Broadheads I never have beed able to get decent flight out of the big 2 blade heads but the Kudu 125 heads fly good just haven't shot any critters with them so I cant tell you if they are good or not.

You looking for Glue-on or screw-in? I like Zwickey's for Glue-on, and Magnus for Screw-in.

Many options. 2 blade COC and 3 blade COC. Try a few.

I commonly use Zwickey, but I came across a supply of Bear Razorheads a couple of years ago that should last me a long time.

I'm shooting a 40# R&D longbow @ 29 1/2"" draw, I want screw in broadheads and looking for the best combo for pass throughs on deer.

Single bevel grizzly and VPA 3-blade for deer. Zwickeys for smaller stuff.

Kudu 125 is a great head for that set up. I have a buddys kid that shot through an elk with a 40 lb Cbow . should work for you

I have a set up I use for our west that takes a 125 grain Broadhead. And the ONLY head I have found that light that meets my standards is the grizzly 125 two blade single bevel glue on. It has performed very well on extremely heavy bone from a relatively light arrow (520 grains). The problem is the edge isn’t very sturdy relative to a 190-200 grain grizzly.

Pretty light bow to expect pass throughs. Depends a lot on head sharpness and arrow placement. A two-blade head would be your best bet. Folks have already suggested a number of good ones.

Still partial to vintage Fred Bear Razorheads (because I'm a Michigan Man), but do use vintage solid Magnus Classic 2-blades from time-to-time. Both great, proven hunting broadheads.

I just picked up a pack of Ace Standard 145 gr. heads about two weeks ago. About ten strokes each side on the Rada and about that many strokes each side on the leather strop and they were razor sharp. I mounted one on a cedar shaft and shot it alongside some arrows with field points and out to thirty yards hit where the field points hit. My bale that I use to shoot broadheads into is wore out so the arrows go through into the dirt behind it. After about 15 to 20 impacts into the ground I cleaned it up, run it through the rada and strop and the head is as good as when I pulled it out of the package. I have a pretty good supply of green Bear Razorheads but considering the price when I have to buy broadheads I would not hesitate to purchase more Ace Standards.

snuffer 160's are always my first choice,, shot a buck with the buzzcut last year I'm just not really digging anything but snuffs anymore.

I still have a bunch of 125 screw-in Snuffers. Might go with a 145 two blade. I picked these up last year. If shoulder heals in time..

If i had to shoot 2 blade it would be ACE or original Grizzlies,,, maybe Abowyers they are nice heads too
