Bows that you would like to see "copied"
« on: May 19, 2021, 12:00:23 PM »
What bow(s), no longer made or older models, would you like to see reproduced or "copied"?  My vote goes for Big River bows, MOAB, Bighorn - Asbell era, Damon Howat Hunter 1964/65.

I second the Bighorn! I have a 3 piece, was my first custom and will never leave. Always wanted a Bighorn Grand Slam one piece, but finding a lefty at a good weight and in good shape has proven near impossible over the years.
I'd love to see someone bring em back!!

Toelke Lynx.  Best takedown longbow I’ve ever shot.  Not so much for me, as I already have one, and certainly have no plans to sell it, but I’d like for other people to have the opportunity to have one.

I second McDave on the Toelke Lynx  I had Dan make me one when they first came out and will be one that i won't sell. i shoot more consistently with it and have killed more animals with it than any other bow or bows that i own and is right up there with my Cari-Bow Peregrines.

I am not a Recurve guy but I would like to see the Bighorn Recurve and the Ram Hunter Longbow and the Death Master.

I think they were made by "Ye Ol' Stick".  That would probably need a new string!!!
