Well i couldnt stand it anymore. I had placed an ad on classified looking for a shrew recurve,with no results. SO today i ordered a kota killum. He had one in stock 48#,rosewwod riser with black and red stripes,bamboo cores,curly myrtle lams and proghorn tips. cant wait to see and shoot it.

Curly Myrtle lams...I talked to him earlier this year and he mention the dark Myrtle lams he had and I want that on a bow...please post a picture as soon as you can.  What was the damage?  Sounds like there were some upgrades.  

I'm jealous to say the least...if you don't like it please let me be the first on the list for potential buyers.

The damage was 600.00, He had made this bow for himself, but wanted 52# so he was willing to sell it. compared to other bows,with all the extras it seems like a pretty fair price.

Here's a picture of my last Robertson Peregrine...all Elm 60" 59#@28 with sheep horn tips.  I used to be stronger 15 years ago   :rolleyes:  Doc

Shoot Doc, most of us were! I have a flatbow that's elm and shedua, I believe, love the look of elm limbs.
