This is where we stand with the St Jude Donations that have been verified and cleared for shipping.

Total PayPal transactions thus far: $11,072.00
Total checks thus far: $4,790.00
Total cash donations thus far:$180.00

Overall donations that have been verified for this year's charity event:
$16,042.00

This puts our year to date totals at:
$905,257.70

Below is a view of the spreadsheet ithat I make for PayPal donations as I verify bids/donations in order to (1) submit to my contacts at St Jude to let TradGang get the credit for the fundraiser event and (2) keep a running total for us here at TradGang to be able to inform members and update our running totals in house. Here is just a glimpse into the shadows of the auction for you guys. It sure is nice to see the kids getting some funds. I'll try to keep this thread updated periodically.

Tonight had some big ticket items.... should do well....

Thanks to all that donated, bid and helped out in any way...

I will start a cash donation thread tomorrow for anyone that wants to donate cash in case they missed out on an item or just because.

Another fine auction, many thanks to all the donors, bidders,winners and the Trad Gang team of Mods that make this happen. Every year is a little different and I missed some of the past donors and all the back and forth fun of that, but any year helping The Kids is a good year. We have a generous community here and events like this brighten our lives.

Me too. It’s not uncommon at all to have folks send more than their bids too. Probably 1/3 of what I clear has more sent than the item closed for so it’s kind of hard to predict totals.

Include in the following information with your check:

*Bid forum number
*TG Auction for "whatever item that you bid on"
*your name or handle on the forum
*your mailing address

So for example if I bid on a Big Jims Custom Bow that was listed on the first bid forum, the email would have the receipt attached and would read something like:

Forum 1
TG Auction for Big Jims Custom Bow
Your Name/Handle as it appears on Tradgang

John Doe
1234 Street Address
City, State, Zip Code

Make check out to St Jude and put TRADGANG on the memo line for tracking purposes.

Walt Francis will still doing checks via mail.

I just updated the total. We broke the 10K mark!

This puts our current year to date total at $899,527.70 ... We are most definitely breaking the $900K mark this year
