Some specs from the 2 bows in the first picture. The green one is mine and it is 47# at 28" by 60" long. The rosewood is my son's and it is a 48# at 28" by 62" long. I went for the green look because I shot a 50# Bear Kodiak Hunter with green glass and futurewood for 2 decades. I wanted a takedown that was fastflite capable with a similar look. This was the bow that replaced my old Bear.

Any other Predator's? The intent of this thread is to showcase the Predator Classic Recurve, to honor Ron Pittsley's memory, and to lament the loss of a very well made bow. If you got one please show us what you got.

Thank you!

An early 90's one. Built just before he worked at Darton. Ron was a great guy, and built awesome bows.

Those are all beauties. I'm partial to green as well. I almost bought a predator when they first came out.
But I'm a diehard Bear TD shooter these days. my days of custom bows are over
Thanks for sharing
It's really simple. Just don't take those borderline shots. Tomorrow is another day.

I was looking into buying one and noticed the website went down. I was afraid it closed. That's really sad news.

I shot them a couple times. If I was in the market for a three piece it would be right at the top of my list along with a bear takedown. They are sweet shooters!
