Sharpening 3-blade broadhead, am I missing something?

Bought some woodsmen 3-blade 150 grain broadheads. Any tips and technique to sharpening them. I have a straight cut bastard mill file and a leather strop. They feel sharp but are not hair shaving sharp, any advice would be appreciated.

After the file I go to a Dimond stone and lighten up on the pressure to where I am just pushing the head across the stone with no downward pressure then strop.

First thing, with Original Woodsmans you must even all three sides. Take a sharpie and mark down all three blades. Take and remove marker down the entire length of blade. Most have a slight concave between tip and rear. This takes time a belt sander works great as long as you don't get head too hot. Once all three are even ,then you can sharpen. Finish with very light strokes.

It's been awhile but I think Charlie Lamb (not sure of the name) had a video on how to sharpen a 3 blade. Well done and easy to follow.

Years ago I used some 3 blade Bodkin heads. I sharpend them on a big bench stone, doing 2 edges at a time.
I drew the heads from back to point, turn and repeat... Worked for me

I’ve watched all the videos and tried each one to the “T” I got one head to shave hair but you had to make it do it. I noticed on 4 out of 6 of the heads that a couple of the edges weren’t machined to an edge. One side had the bevel and the other side of the blade was just blunt and no angle on it.
