Roy is correct when he says he sees Shredd's email icon, everyone else is also correct when they do not see Shredd's email icon.

Roy is an Admin and that's why he has email access to all members.

Everyone else can't see Shredd's email icon because Shredd hasn't turned on "Allow users to email me" in his profile.

Mystery solved.  :thumbsup:

OK...  It's on...  Maybe I turned it off when I wanted to stop being notified by the forum of posts...

You can adjust all manner of notification settings by going to your profile and clicking on the "notifications" tab to see the menu of settings.
