I took my first bobcat.  October 2020.  Martin Archery Hi Speed T/D, 2117 with VPA broadhead.  Shot near Alto, Texas.  The cat was attuned to stalking a squirrel, but was being stalked by another predator...

I built a plains style quiver.  I have been researching Jay Massey and built this quiver to be worn as he suggested on the bowhand side.  I adjusted the length until the quiver was out of the way and "tucked in" tight against the body.  I am growing fond of it.  Utilizing the harvest, I tanned the hide and hand sewed the quiver.  River cane support came for the same area the bobcat was taken.  Longbows & Short Shots,  Jeff
