BOW RISER SANDING JIG HELP

Guys....

I saw pics and a thread somewhere on internet of how a guy used his edge sander, a grizzly to template/ pattern sand longbow risers to a fixture he had....
I cant find it and I want to do same with my edge sander.... please help

Have the big drive drum there turned flat except about 1 in. On each end
Instead of the guide wheel you can use a rub pin or collar.
Then the table can be alum. Mine is steel. Mounted on the three motor cover bolts and spacers

mine is a rub collar, same size as the roller with sand paper

SO.......

Here is what I'm doing to make my own bearing guide....Im taking break right now....
Its going well.
I decided to machine in place since the only machine shop I trust is month out on work.....

Thanks bud...it was a lot of setup. Im either adding to it or adjusting my guide templates...Ill know in couple days when I start making risers

  What happens when you have to adjust tracking on your belt, won't that throw your roller off from 90*??

  What if you got a concave to sand... Won't the platen get in the way??   :)
