Bandsaw circle jig
« on: November 13, 2021, 07:27:16 PM »
Anybody have any pictures of a simple bandsaw circle jig they like to share? I want to add some spice to my riser.
The simpler the better.

Kenny, with that radius jig, do you still contour sand after sawing or is it clean enough?

I use a jig like Kennys . I cut a 2x4 with the same radius and use that as a sanding block.

Really nice setup Kenny
I like wax paper for my riser blocks

Had a bit of a hiccup on the maple riser but the walnut one turned out good so far.
Pretty sure I can fix the maple one with patience.
I copied you swing jig Kenny.

Thanks! It was nerve racking cutting into that walnut. That piece cost as much as a spruce 2x6
