From Pappy...
we are Blessed with a lot of big targets and go all out on this event on setting the range, I think last count Saturday we had around 130 targets in the woods, there is 1 main target at most of the stations [42] to shoot , the rest are just for looks although they do get shot at.

Yes sir, my posse likes to unload our quiver on those multi target sets, especially after the scoring round.  :goldtooth:

Will there be vendors there possibly selling arrows? I killed 3 yesterday and would like to pick up some, but they will not arrive before I leave.

There will be plenty of venders, Big Jim for one. You'll be able to find anything archery related there plus other stuff. I think Pappy said there will be 40 venders there. I could have exaggerated that number but it's more venders than usual.

I believe your right Pat, pretty sure Pappy said 40 Vendors are signed up for the Classic. It's Always a Great shoot but from the looks of some of the Pic's of the target set's I think it could be the best ever. Great Fun for sure. Steve and I should be arriving Monday evening, was planning on being there Saturday afternoon but have another Eye App. for Monday morning.    Kurt

Looking quite forward to the Classic...planning on attending Thursday thru Saturday.

A cherished opportunity to visit friends that I may see only once a year and often times even longer...a special opportunity to make new friends that share the same passion and the opportunity to enjoy my personally favorite event of the year.

Am looking forward to meeting up with Calvin Smock of CD Archery who is bringing me a CD WF21 riser. on Thursday....hope to shoot it Friday and Saturday.

I'll be leaving for Twin Oaks and the Tenn. Classic early tomorrow morning. I missed the last two years and have been jonesing ever since. The weather looks pretty good through the weekend although it might be hot on Saturday. Anyway, fun will be had no matter what. If you get a chance, come join us. You won't regret it, I promise.
Everyone driving, please have a safe trip.
Until next Monday........    :campfire: :archer: :archer2:

Appears to be an exceptional turnout. Twin Oaks has a unique way of consistently generating a most friendly atmosphere, extremely accommodating, complete exceedingly entertaining and completely fulfilling trad event to be remembered for years to come.

Back for day 3 tomorrow.

I offer my sincere gratitude for this special gift that Pappy and the Twin Oaks team continue to provide.
