Shell? At MY campfire??
I'll have to spiff it up a little and clean the soot off the rocks! But Connie still gets the GOOD chair!

Sharing a campfire with you three ladies would be a pleasure. If I was invited, of course.

Welcome Zinnia.

I have to say that I also see this site as an addiction, unfortunately, not just for one person in the house.  I am one of the wives that is always reading the threads over my husbands shoulder and I enjoy alot of pictures and comments that people have to share.  I am an archer, but not a hunter (I leave that up to my husband) and archery is how I met my husband.  I find there is more to archery than just hunting and I think you will too.  I am sure you will find the traditional archery community here as well as at all the shoots to be like extended family members.

The GOOD seat...featuring my best shoes.

My BEST purse, which I had to sell my shoes to buy.

Every time I see a golf course I think of all the horses that would fit on it. Reckon they would eat their greens?  :bigsmyl:

Ok Ok, Kenny told me there are 16,000 members. I am a bit disappointed here to see so few posts....

HAAAA  Wow to you all.  I suppose this is a reflection that you have all come to know my likable husband.

He gets this twinkle in his eyes when he talks about Y'all.  It is a trick....I know it to get more 'stuff'.....

Actually, in High School, I was intriged by the archery class we took, but there was no place to follow up on it.
My Italian family wasn't into that I suppose.
So, any golfers...lets mapquest from Comptons a golf course!!!
after the campfire of course....:)I get the best chair! Wow....gotta find a nice purse...and new shiny boots with a heel...NOT.

Killdeer, Tonya, and Shell, I am looking forward to meeting you all....and the guys too.
Darn, another hobby to enjoy.....
Have a great night!

Welcome to the Campfire!
Haven't met but a couple of this group in person, but they are great!  Looking forward to meeting a lot more in the future.
Someone posted that when they saw the title of this post, you might be sick, and need our prayers.....anyone married to 4runr' has to be on my prayer list!!!!  Don't worry, all this extended family is on it too!

Zinnia,

Here is a picture of my purse.  I have never believed in spending much money on a purse, but when I saw this one, I knew that I had to have it.  It is just the right size to hold everything I need for a day on the course.

Connie, welcome aboard!!  I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Kenny at Kalamazoo this past January.  He is a great person as I am sure you are to.

There are some great golf courses down that direction.  Just depends how nice of a course you want.  I live only an hour from where Comptons is held and there is a beautiful course about half way between here and there called Hawks Head in South Haven Michigan.  I dont play there much because it is a little pricy!!  There are lots of courses to choose from though and I am sure they are all nice.

Welcome again and hope I get to meet you and see Kenny again at Compton.
