Stuff from Chad Holm, Mike Treadway, Black Widow, Hill, Northern Mist, JD Berry, Bear, McBroom, all kinds of ILF stuff, Liberty, Browning, Two Tracks and some that I’m forgetting. I try to shoot them all now and then !!

Ron next time you come to NY let me know. Maybe we can go kill some foam or paper again. It is always fun to see what bow you are shooting .

Everyone should have more than one . . .
I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.

At one time the east wall of one room was insulated with bows. Then my wife wall papered and all of the racks screwed to the wall came down. I looked at the pile. 28 longbows and I forget how many recurves and decided that I was obviously nuts. You definitely need more than one. I went out to shoot a few arrows today with one of my lighter remaining longbows, one that i had given away twice and twice it came back to me. 28 degrees and 30mph wind. I am also a sissy pants, too cold for me. If I could give that bow away again, i would have an excuse to get a new lighter longbow. One always needs a lighter bow on a rack.

Ron, I asked for it and you delivered. My God Ive been in Sporting Goods Stores with less inventory!
Now, you have some great bows by well known craftsmen, but if you had to pick one out of the collection, which one would you pick? OK,  Im going to cut you some slack because it is obvious you have a hoarding issue, so Im asking you which two would you pick....

I have to go by style of bow, recurve: Chad Holm River Runner Static, R/D longbow: Leon Stewart or Chad Holm !! ASL: got a bunch of Hills. ILF : Zipper 17” riser and Dryad static recurve limbs. BUT, a lot of the others I would take hunting in a heartbeat!!!!

Ron,
Loved the answer I you gave above to my UNFAIR question. You are right in separating styles of bow and individual tastes plays into our opinions. I have a outstanding Silvertip double carbon with Koa on back and belly which I love, and I have a NM Ramer which is so smooth and the reverse handle helps my shooting quite a bit. At 75 yrs old I think these two bows will be it for me ....
Thank you for your posts - remarkable collection.

Well, I’m going to to be 70 in June. My collection has dropped in poundage by 10 pounds. I did have a Silvertip that I should have kept, best grip in the market !!

I can't make any of it out. However, we are the same age and I can identify with that.
