My form is good and straight from end to end and the profile is square to the sides.
I used 2 pieces of Ram board (for protecting new floors under construction) from lowes to make the form closer to 1-1/2" wide. Shredd use it too. here is a link
https://www.lowes.com/pd/Ram-Board-Paper-3-ft-x-100-ft-Drop-Cloth/999909879I have standards (for checking your Micrometers for accuracy ) from when I did Tool and Die work so I use the tools I have on hand.
This is 2 pieces =.750 thick
I push my glass threw these 2 blocks of wood while holding a 0.5mm mechanical pencil at the top of it to get a center line end to end.
I print my limb profile on 11" x 17" paper for all my high reflexed bows.
I cut little triangles so I can see the center line on the tape while I glue the template to the tape with wood glue.
I never have limb twist issues when I do it this way.
I got my lams sanded and the glass ready for glue up. and the stable kore
I drill a 1/4" hole threw the stack and riser and in the form also with a self centering jig, NO slipping around with the lams.
My glue is old so I need to order some from Kenny
So my glue up will be next week
Waiting on Kenny
