Not sure how much this helps but I have the Dauntless, sweet shooting quiet bow, have her in 50#, and nothing bad to say bout her, only longbow I own and only one that takes time away from my recurves. Don't think you'll regret it.
Now we're digging where the taters are.

I have one. The day I received it I was shooting 3" groups at 20 yards.
High Quality Bows.

Have had all of Dave's models and several of each.  The Endeavor is probably his best combo of shooting characteristics.

I owned an endeavor about 5 years ago.  For that type of design(foward handle) it has been my favorite.  It naturally points well and shoots like a dream. A close second was a Kanati. The craftsmanship of the Dwyer was outstanding. Not a huge fan of the pointed tips, but they were built bombproof. If you can find one ,I think you will be satisfied. I've owned 32 different bows. My biggest regret was selling my MOAB, my Centaur and my Endeavor.

One of my go to bows. Dave is fantastic to work with and produces an incredible bow. I had a Dauntless which wasn't quite the right fit for me but my Endeavor brings a smile to my face every time I pick it up. It is a joy to shoot and hits where I am aiming when I do my part. My Dwyer is right there with my RER's and it gets picked up over my Cari-Bow Slynx. Let me know if you have other questions.

I called Dwyer about a bow a couple months ago and they seemed less than enthusiastic about building one. I asked about lead time and all I got was "least a year".

I want one too, but they didn't seem real into building one.

I have a Dwyer Endeavor

No complaints.   But if they won't be available I suggest looking at JavaMan and Shrew

I like mine, very quick and quiet.     I hope Sue is well, I know she had been sick but thought it was behind her?    I have a Dauntless on order for a while now so I have they are catching up on orders.
