So I got my new to me glove in the mail today, it's the Buffalo Crossover, wasn't sure how I would like the plastic inserts in the finger stalls. I have been shooting my 45# limbs on my Northern Mist Skanee, trying to get ready for turkey season. I was so so with it shooting with this glove, but I haven't been shooting them that great anyways.
So I decided instead of swapping out my limbs I decided to try my American, which shoots close to my 55# limbs I have for my Skanee. It is a 68" bow 53#, my Skanees with the 55# limbs make a 66" bow. Short story long, I shot 3 arrows out of the American, 2nd one took the nock off the first one, and I screwed up on the 3rd shot, pic to follow. I think I'm going to like this glove, I seem to get a really clean release with it, and have been very impressed with it, for how little I have shot it. I am curious those of you who have shot gloves with and without the plastic inserts, what are your thoughts between them, I am going to order one without just to see for myself, would like some input before I do.
