Ok so I think I'm going into new territory here and I'm going to build a takedown osage selfbow. Been storing these billets for years and decided it's time. They will need some correction but the backs are very clean so I think they will turn out just fine. I may try the fiberglass sleeve. If not I have a set of sleeves I bought from 3 rivers. Haven't decided yet

Some really nice Shedua and Birdseye. The green is 3m water base tape one the glass

I thought it looked like tape. Don’t mind me, being a wood and bamboo guy, I don’t normally tape up lams…
