Golden Eagle recurve

Seeing as I'm only one of two guys crazy enough to shoot a recurve in our local winter archery league  , it's become a point of conversation.  Part of that conversation has turned into me being tasked with finding a riser for these limbs.
  As far as I know these bows were pretty well respected in their day, and this bow has some sentimental value. Other than that, I've been able to learn very little and I found only one complete bow. 
  If anyone knows anything about them, I'd love to hear about it.
