I own 6 thermacell units...and keep about 50 cartridges all the time.

You can buy 11 gas cartridges on **** that hold twice what a normal unit holds, and an adapter to make it fit your unit for about 10 bucks plus shipping, and all you have to get is bug strips then.

Stop at the duty free shop across the border and get a bottle of Amarula- its an liqueur made from an African fruit that elephants love to eat and when they ferment on the tree, the elephants stand under the tree, push it to shake the fruit out, and they proceed to get drunk on them.

I got a little tipsy one evening in camp myself and it made for some interesting conversation.

I am counting down the days. I look forward to meeting everyone and will be there for the second week.  As for the Amarula...anything that can get an elephant drunk is sure to be interesting.

I'll be driving up from VA.  My co-pilot had to cancel on out is trip about a month ago.  Not sure what transportation plans everyone has but if I can help out, I have room.  Just shoot me a PM.

hey, is anyone bringing a smoker? I've got a bunch of wild turkey breasts I'd bring up if the camp cook wants to tackle them. Just tell me how many breasts you need to feed 16.   :goldtooth:

Slice em into bite size chunks and season with Lawrys, black pepper and a little garlic powder and saute em in butter.  HARD to beat.  :D
